Attractive etching from : Nederlandsche Tafereelen of eene verzameling van negen hondered fraaij gezicgten van steden, dopren, sloten, oudheden, adelyke huizen, hofsteden, kerken, torens, poorten gestichten, en veele andere aanzienlyke stads- en landsgebouwen in en omtrent de Zeven Vereenigde Nederlandsche Provintien. Alle, naar voorwerpen zelve, door voorname Mesters getekend, en in ’t Koper gebragt. Te Amsterdam by J. De Groot en G. Warnars, Dordrecht A. En P. Blussé, Leiden, S. En J. Luhtmans, en te Harlingen by V. Van der Plaats MDCCXCII.

Spilman, Hendrik (1721-1784)
Dutch engraver and artis who drew and painted. Spil was a pupil of Abraham de Haen Jr. (1707–1748). In 1742 he became a member of the St. Lucas Gilde in Haarlem and gained fame for his drawings and engravings views and towns and buildings.
